How to Apply

1. Early Years Foundation Stage (FS1/FS2):

Candidates are required to pass an admission test that tabs their attention span, basic literacy and numeracy concepts, and social skills

1. Primary and Secondary:

Candidates are given placement exams in English and Maths to determine whether or not their level in these subjects fits the year they apply for.

Step 1: Online Application

Interested candidates fill in the BMS online application form, followed by a review process and follow-up.

Step 2: Interview and Assessment

Admission staff arrange  an assessment appointment with the applicant, and an interview with the parent.

Step 3: Acceptance

Admission Office contact the parent/applicant to inform him/her of the school final decision concerning the applicant’s status whether Accepted/Rejected/Reassess.

Step 4: Payment

The process of admission and payment settlements is initiated.

Step 1: Online Application

Step 2: Overseas assessment arranging with your current school abroad

Admission staff arrange an on-line assessment of the applicant’s level in cooperation with the candidate’s current school.

Step 3: Skype/Messenger Interview

Admission staff arrange a live interview with the school principal to be attended by both the applicant and the parent.

Step 4: Acceptance

Admission Office contact the parent/applicant to inform him/her of the school final decision concerning the applicant’s status whether Accepted/Rejected/Reassess.

Step 5: Payment

The process of admission and payment settlements is initiated.

The age that the candidate will be on 1^st October will indicate the year they will join as per the Egyptian Ministry of Education and the National Curriculum of the UK. Please note this is beyond the control of the school.

The following documents are required before assessment can take place. These should be submitted at the time of assessment.

• Completed Application Form;
• Original Birth Certificate – electronic copy;
• 4 passport size photographs of the pupil;
• 1 passport size photograph for each parent;
• Copy of IDs for both parents;
• Passport (for non-Egyptians);

*This will be photocopied and returned immediately.
*Academic reports up until the last finished school term.
